It is clear that you can sometimes feel that things are pretty hopeless, as you don’t get much sleep if you are constantly anxious about things, which leads you to worry about them. Menopause is not something that should cause you anxiety and you will have to face the fact that all women go through it. It is not an indication that something is wrong with you it is just Mother Nature taking its course.
